Music as a state · Listening beyond the mind
Caro Libertad is a Mexican electronic music artist, DJ, producer, and ethnologist from Oaxaca, Mexico. Since beginning her journey as a DJ in 2019, she has developed an immersive musical language that blends melodic and deep house with original compositions and storytelling, creating experiences that invite presence, freedom, and human connection.
Drawing from her background in ethnology and her exploration of consciousness and ritual, Caro approaches electronic music as a space for transformation and collective experience. She has performed in Mexico, Canada, USA, Panamá and London, appearing at festivals including Burning Man, Tribal Gathering, and Tierra de los Muertos. In 2025, she received the Future Talent Award at the International Music Summit (IMS) Ibiza, recognizing her artistic vision and contribution to the next generation of electronic music. Through every performance, Caro invites audiences to remember who they are and to cross new inner thresholds with honesty, freedom, and courage.

booking.carolibertad@gmail.comA temporary city in the Nevada desert built entirely on gifting, radical self-expression, and collective participation. “This is not a festival. It’s a city that dismantles itself.”
What makes Burning Man unusual as an ethnographic site is that its participants do not attend — they build. Every structure, every sound system, every installation is contributed. The community exists for one week and then leaves no trace. The desert reclaims it completely.
A conscious music gathering in the Panamanian jungle, where electronic sound meets ancestral wisdom and the natural world. One of the most intentional communities in the Latin American underground scene.
A boutique gathering in the mountains of British Columbia. Deep in the forest, far from the city, a small community builds something temporary and sacred around sound.
